Refund & Exchange Policy

At Firdous.Clothing, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to the following policies for returns and exchanges:

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged unless a wrong or defective product is received.
  • Customized cutting orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged at physical stores.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Share order details, reason for exchange, and clear product images within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or social media to initiate the process.
  3. Customers must return the item at their own cost using a courier service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before processing by contacting us via email or social media.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued if you choose not to exchange.
  • Delivery charges & government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
